The Marshall County School District has engaged multiple groups of stakeholders in the initial ARP ESSER planning process. Dubuque Schools will begin ONE HOUR LATER THAN THE REGULAR FRIDAY MORNING LATE-START TIME TODAY, Friday, Dec. 9, due to icy conditions.
